Hearing Scheduled on Street Banners

An ordinance regulating street banners and specifically banning them in residential areas, proposed by Supervisor Gain Newsom, will be heard before the Board of Supervisors' Neighborhood Services Committee on February 13th.  The hearing is schedule for approximately 2 p.m.
