Scott Street is being advertised for sale as "a well-placed
lot," signaling the realtor’s suggestion that the house
be demolished and replaced. PHRA has sent a letter to the
realtor, which must be disclosed to potential purchasers, that
it will oppose demolition. Although the house is seriously in
need of maintenance, it is half of a duplex that matches classic
houses next door. |
