J. P. Harbour, elected to the PHRA Board of Directors in December, has lived in Pacific Heights almost his entire life.

During his youth he acquired detailed knowledge of the architecture of Pacific Heights. During his law schooling he developed strong interests in property, real estate, land use law and non-profit organization law.

All of those interests led him to volunteer time and talent on matters pertaining to the Grant School site construction problems and other issues.
